    • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel.
    • NOTE – HAD SEVERAL NEW FRONT END PARTS INSTALLED SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE STABILIZER LINKS WERE NOT TIGHTENED DOWN ALL THEY WAY AND RATTLING OVER BUMPS. WE TIGHTENED THEM. STEERING IS A LITTLE OFF CENTER DUE TO PLAY IN THE STEERING SHAFT.

    • REPLACE BRAKE LIGHT BULB
    • BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR TESTED GOOD. WE DID FIND A LOT OF CORROSION BUILT UP ON THE BATTERY CONNECTIONS. RECOMMEND CLEANING THE CORROSION AND LEAVING THE VEHICLE OVERNIGHT TO BE TESTED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.

    • PRESSURE TEST COOLING SYSTEM
    • REPLACE WATER PUMP AND THERMOSTAT HOUSING
    • Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.

    • FOUND THE FRONT BRAKES AND ROTORS TO BE ALMOST COMPLETELY WORN. REAR SHOCKS ARE LEAKING OIL AND SHOULD BE REPLACED. EXHAUST IS STARTING TO COME APART. SHOULD WELD TOGETHER BEFORE IT RUSTS APART AND CANT BE WELDED. HOSES ATTACHED TO THE HEATER CORE ARE LEAKING. NEED TO REMOVE AND CLEAN THE COOLANT CORROSION AND TIGHTEN CLAMPS
    • REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS
    • CLEAN HEATER CORE FITTINGS AND TIGHTEN HOSE CLAMPS. FILL SYSTEM WITH COOLANT AND BLEED AS NEEDED
    • WELD EXHAUST PIPE TOGETHER WHERE IT IS STARTING TO SEPERATE
    • REPLACE REAR SHOCKS

    • Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
    • NOTE – LEAKING FROM AC CONDENSER. NEED TO REPLACE CONDENSER AND DRIER
