- CHECK ENGINE LIGHT – FOUND THE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR TO BE FAILING. NEED TO REPLACE. STEERING ISSUE – VEHICLE WAS LOW ON POWER STEERING FLUID. FOUND LEAKS IN THE RACK AND PINION AND THE POWER STEERING PUMP. NEED TO REPLACE BOTH.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
- REPLACE THE POWER STEERING PUMP
- REPLACE THE RACK AND PINION ASSEMBLY
- REPLACE THE AIR FUEL RATION SENSOR
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel.
